HUNTSWOOD PARTNERS WITH GADHIA CONSULTANTS TO EXPAND SENIOR ADVISORY AND CYBER SECURITY OFFERING
22nd May 2019: Huntswood is pleased to announce a new partnership with Gadhia Consultants.
Led by former CEO of Virgin Money, Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia DBE, the collaboration will draw on expertise from Gadhia’s senior consultants and executives to strengthen Huntswood’s current offering to clients, particularly in supporting the operational resilience of retail banks. Huntswood will also benefit from Gadhia Consultants’ industry knowledge and expertise working in, and with, the UK’s largest retail banks, especially in light of the increasing cyber challenges affecting firms today.
Huntswood is focused on helping clients govern, transform and operate complex regulatory processes to run their business more effectively, ultimately driving better outcomes for firms and end consumers alike. Gadhia Consultants’ experience in cyber security will further support this strategy.
David Brownlow CVO DL, founder of Huntswood, said: “I am delighted to work with Gadhia Consultants as a key partner. Their extensive executive and operational expertise will complement Huntswood’s existing capabilities. Moreover, Dame Jayne-Anne’s impressive experience and insight will be a significant asset to us, as will that of her team, as we continue to build our business and support our clients.”
Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia, Chair of Gadhia Consultants, said: “Huntswood provides unparalleled advisory, resourcing and outsourcing solutions and we’re pleased to have the opportunity to add our own insight and knowledge into the mix to support firms in the retail banking space and beyond. Our cyber security practice will offer an additional stream of support to Huntswood’s current clients and firms in the industry struggling to know how to deal with the reality of complex technological challenges.”
Dame Jayne-Anne founded Gadhia Consultants in 2019 after serving as the CEO of Virgin Money between 2007 and 2018, where she led the successful acquisition of Northern Rock before listing the business on the London Stock Exchange in 2014 and overseeing the £1.7bn sale of the bank to CYBG plc in October 2018. In November 2016, she was appointed as the UK Government’s Women in Finance Champion, and in July 2017, she became a founder member of its Business Diversity and Inclusion Group.

About Huntswood
David Brownlow CVO DL, founded Huntswood in 1996, an organisation born of the desire to make a positive difference. Huntswood supports firms to govern, transform and operate their businesses more successfully by delivering solutions that meet the challenges presented by complex regulatory and operational issues, with the aim of driving better outcomes.
Clients collaborate with us to measure these operational challenges and build innovative tailored solutions that typically combine people, processes and technology to deliver enhanced customer, commercial, and regulatory outcomes.
When clients need support it almost always involves customers, it is often multi-channel and always high in regulatory focus with high levels of risk and detriment when things go wrong. In response, we have built a reputation on continuous improvement and adapting to the changing needs of our clients while sharing the burden of commercial risk.
