The fair treatment of customers in vulnerable circumstances is a theme that has emerged across regulated industries. Building on Huntswood’s broad range of insights across the topic, including the outputs of our work supporting firms, cross-sector events and white paper, we have provided evidence to support Energy UK’s Commission for Customers in Vulnerable Circumstances.
Compiled by our own utilities Sector Lead, Alex Prentice - who has spoken at numerous industry events and sits on a leading water company’s panel of experts for vulnerability - our response aims to provide practical advice to Energy UK (and the broader market) which will ultimately support the delivery of good customer outcomes.
