Helen joined the Huntswood team in March 2021 from Quilter, where she worked as Head of Risk. She has extensive experience and insight into the relationship between risk, complaints and customer service having previously held senior positions at Metro Bank and Lloyds Banking Group. Helen ensures our client projects are managed in a way that achieves the best results for their business and their customers.
